Order Processing
Once you place an order, an order confirmation will be emailed to you. This means we have received your order and payment. Once we receive your order, we will automatically contact our warehouse to confirm that the product is in stock and ready to ship immediately. In the rare event that a product is backordered or unavailable, we will contact you immediately to ask if you would like to wait for the product to become available or refund your payment.
If the item is available for immediate shipping (1-3 business days), we will submit the order for processing and arrange for shipping. If the item title shows a pre-order in your country, your order is a pre-order. Pre-orders will arrive within 1 week of your order.
Tiffanylampusa reserves the right to notify you of any additional shipping charges required to deliver your order. You will be notified of any additional charges required to deliver your order. Additional shipping costs will be determined by the carrier and the product you are purchasing. We will also notify the exact shipping cost in the mail.
You will have the right to amend or cancel your order for a full refund upon notification.
Order Tracking
The tracking number for the order will be sent to the email address provided 36 business hours after the order is processed. You can check the update status when you log in to your account. In addition, we will email you to follow up on the delivery time later, and if there is any unexpected situation, we will remind you to pick it up in time. So please make sure your email and phone are available and take care of your order within 7 days. So you won't miss any news about the package.
If you have not received a tracking number by email or need confirmation of your tracking information, please contact us at services@tiffanylampusa.com. We will reply to you within 12 working hours. If your tracking number is invalid within 3 business days of your receipt, please email us. Sometimes there can be confusion in the warehouse and you may have received the wrong tracking number. We will send you the available ones. Occasionally special circumstances may delay logistics updates. We will check and give you feedback.
Change order
If you have to change your order after you completed the payment, please contact us for the first time when you realize that. we will reply to you ASAP and try our best to correct it. Please understand that if the item has shipped from the warehouse, the change maybe will not succeed, or there are time and cost increases.

America Warehouse
Support all orders in the United States Mainland. Shipments come via UPS or USPS carriers. No import tax.
We will email you an additional shipping quote within 24 business hours of placing your order. Goods are shipped via UPS or FEDEX carriers. There will be import taxes that customers need to pay.
Your Order Shows Delivered But You Don’t Have It
If your tracking number shows delivered on the shipping company’s website but you don’t have it, please do the following:
Check the area around your home for the package and ask anyone it may have been left with.
If the package is not found please call the shipping company’s directly to report a missing package. so you can get the logistics information fastest.

Tiffanylampusa is not responsible for packages stolen from shipping addresses, so be sure to ship to a safe location! If an item is lost, we need at least 30 days to investigate. So after we provide the tracking number, I hope you can pay attention to the logistics of the item and continue to check our email notification so that you can receive the item smoothly.
