Shipping policy

  1. After payment, the processing time for your order is approximately 1-3 days, depending on the product and stock status. This processing time is separate from the delivery time.

  2. Tiffanylampusa prefers to ship parcels using Express shipping methods such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or USPS to ensure fast and reliable delivery. If Express shipping is not available in your region, post services will be used instead.

  3. Shipping is free for customers in America. For buyers in other regions, additional shipping charges may apply. Please consult with us for more information.

  4. Once you place your order, you will receive an email with the order details. After the package is sent, you will receive another email with the tracking number to monitor the shipment's progress.

  5. The general logistics time for delivery is 3-5 working days. 

  6. Duties and taxes for international orders are not included in the total during checkout. The recipient of the package is responsible for paying any related duties and taxes upon delivery.

  7. Some important tips to note:

  • Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Deliveries are not made on Sundays or Saturdays.
  • You will receive an email with the tracking number once the shipping label has been created for your order.
  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct as orders cannot be redirected once they are in transit.
  • Orders cannot be collected from the warehouse; they will be delivered to your provided address.
