xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. As beautiful as expected. Tricky “on” algorithm that initially worried me it wasn’t functioning properly but after fiddling with all 3 pull chains, we sorted it.

We love the lamp, the colors are just beautiful. We get many compliments on the elaborate detail and style.

Thant sent a “glass” sample of the the galls that was supposedly was used on the lamp. It was not. The shade is a plastic. That said it’s a nice looking lamp. Should not be advertised as glass.
